For the dough:

  • Whole wheat flour – 2 cups

  • Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp ,salt

  • Water – as needed (for kneading)

For the stuffing (Sattu filling):

  • Sattu (roasted gram flour) – 1 cup

  • Mustard oil – 2–3 tbsp

  • Garlic – 4–5 cloves ,Ginger,green  chilli

  • Ajwain (carom seeds) – ½ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Water – 1–2 tsp (to lightly moisten the filling, optional)
